Smart User Authentication & Verification
Loft offers secure registration using Email or Google, with AWS Pinpoint integration for phone and email verification — ensuring genuine users and data integrity across the platform.
Intelligent Property Listings with Google Maps
Users can create, browse, and manage property listings for rent or sale, with integrated Google Maps functionality including address lookup, zoom, clustering, and boundary-based search filtering.
Seamless Offers, Chat, and Tenant Screening
Buyers can directly send offers and chat with landlords through an integrated messaging system. The TransUnion API enables smooth credit and background checks for safe and verified tenancy.
Multi-User Commercial Management
Commercial users can manage multiple branches, floors, and property portfolios. They can assign staff roles like Admin, Power User, or Maintenance, making Loft ideal for real estate companies and enterprise-level property owners.
